Newfoundland Provincial Immigration Investment Program – Canada

1. Application processing time: The time to complete the application will fluctuate between 6-12 months. The applicant and family (including spouse and children) will receive PR confirmation right in Vietnam.
2. Entering Canada to get PR: After receiving PR confirmation, the family needs to go to Canada to receive the Permanent Resident (PR) card at customs.
3. Stay in Newfoundland: To receive the PR card, the applicant needs to stay in Newfoundland for 2-4 weeks. After that, you and your family can choose to move to another province or city to live.
4. Regulations on time of leaving Canada: Once you have a PR card, your family can return to Vietnam, but each year you cannot leave Canada for more than 6 months to maintain permanent resident status.
5. Conditions for taking the Canadian Citizenship test: To be eligible to apply for citizenship, the applicant must accumulate 1093 days (3 years) of residence in Canada. This period does not include days of departure from Canada and the total time of departure from Canada must not exceed 730 days (24 months)
6. Support from the company: When the family arrives in Canada, the company and its team will support each step of the process of settling into their new life. The team will accompany them in all their needs, from finding housing, registering their children for school, opening a business, to other administrative procedures, helping the family quickly settle into life and realize their dream in Canada.

The total cost of the program will be divided into 4 payments:

• Deposit / contract signing: $35,000
• Approval of Se lement Plan: $80,000
• Provincial Approval: $100,000
• Federal Approval: $75,000

The progress of each payment will be from 1-2 months, in case the progress is faster, the lawyer will notify you in advance
